Owner/Director

As an experienced childcare provider and a mother myself, I understand how deeply important trust is when choosing care for your children. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, my mission has always been to provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where every child feels valued and supported.

That commitment grew even stronger in 2006, when I began my journey at Fort Story Development Child Care. In 2013, I took the next step by opening my own in-home daycare, where I cared for each child with the same love, patience, and attention I give to my own family.

Driven by a lifelong passion for children and early learning, I felt called to grow further, leading to the creation of Noah’s Ark Learning Center. This center was built with the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, encouraged, and joyful. At Noah’s Ark, children are not only cared for ,they grow, learn, and have fun every day.

I truly believe Noah’s Ark Learning Center will be a blessing to families and children alike. We invite you to join our heartfelt community and become part of the NALC family.

         Angel L. Montanez
           Owner / Director

Angel Montanez began his distinguished journey in the United States Army in 2005. Over the course of his 15 years of dedicated service, he was stationed in Germany, Puerto Rico, and Virginia, and deployed in support of missions in Iraq, Haiti, and Afghanistan.

A man of strong faith, Angel is a committed Christian and an active member of Iglesia de Dios Ebenezer, where he serves on the Pastor’s Council. In this role, he leads both the military, armor bearer and helps  men’s ministries, providing guidance, mentorship, and spiritual support to those he serves.

In his professional and community work, Angel currently serves at the local food bank, and  as a chaplain, while also contributing in security and men’s outreach ministries. His dedication to service extends beyond his own career, as he and his wife, Mrs. Luz Montanez, are proud parents of three children who all serve in the military.

Angel honorably retired from the Army in 2020, completing 15 years of faithful service to his country. His life continues to reflect a deep commitment to service, faith, and community.
